As is known, “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” tells the story of a genius autistic lawyer named Woo Young Woo ( Park Eun Bin ). He is able to solve difficult cases well because of his intelligence and creative thinking process.
In particular, Woo Young Woo is described as a girl who is crazy about whales. He even often gets brilliant ideas when he thinks of these marine mammals. So, what is the reason Woo Young Woo likes whales so much?

“Dinosaurs, trains, weather and cars are usually popular. But among all that, the reason I chose whales is because they look cool,” he added.
The writer then responded to accusations that Woo Young Woo’s character was unrealistic. Previously, there was a student from Yonsei University who said that Woo Young Woo was not autistic because he was quick to respond like a normal human.
Regarding this, the writer explained, “Just like other drama protagonists, it is true that Woo Young Woo is a character that was deliberately created for the drama. However, if you claim that it is impossible to believe that this character has a true autism spectrum, I think it is. unfair.”
“Woo Young Woo is not a character created from inaccurate knowledge. I think somewhere in the world, there must be autistic people like Woo Young Woo,” he concluded.
