A journey through time and space full of mysteries. That is what Strange World promises , the new Disney animated film that hits theaters in November . Directed by Don Hall and Qui Nguyen , you can already take your first look at the film with the ‘teaser’ that the House of Mickey Mouse has released.
Strange World stars Explorer Clade , the son of an explorer who wanders into a mysterious land. There, where nothing is what it seems, there are some fantastic creatures that await the arrival of the legendary Clade, a family of explorers whose differences threaten to lead to the failure of their last and crucial mission.
In the preview you can see a preview of the strange place in which the film is set: mountains that walk, blue beings that look like bubble gum, fish that swim through the air… Although Disney has not said much more about the plot, because of the ‘teaser ‘ It seems that the protagonist is not entirely sure that he can carry out the mission that his family is embarking on .
In the original version, Weirdworld features the voice of Jake Gyllenhaal ( Spider-Man: Far From Home ) as the protagonist Explorer Clade.
Director Don Hall is an Oscar winner for Big Hero 6 and earned another Oscar nomination at the 2022 edition for Raya and the Last Dragon . The co-writer of this latest title is his partner behind the scenes in Strange World: Gui Nguyen.
Strange World is the new Disney animation project after the success of the company Charming , which won the Oscar for Best Animated Film .
